Richard E. Horne

Richard E. Horne, 68, Altoona and Wilkes-Barre, died Monday at his residence. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Earl Joseph and Rose Karbonchyk Horne. Surviving are three children: David Horne, Jennifer Horne and Christina Horne; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three siblings: Stephen J. Horne and wife, Linda, Catherine Irene Reeseman and Mary E. Jones and husband, Jess. At the request of the family, there will be no visitation or service. Arrangements are by Jones Funeral Home, Altoona.
