Jay D. Wolfberg, of 2406 11th St., died at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, 1974, at his home.
Mr. Wolfberg was employed in the parts department of Courtesy Motors.
He was born April 25, 1951, in Altoona, a son of Dr. Max A. and Ida (Mann) Wolfberg. Surviving are his mother and three brothers, Dr. Melvin D. of Selinsgrove, Dr. C. Jerry of Northumberland and Steven S. of Monroeville.
Interment was made today.
