Albert A. Polignone, age 56, of Altoona, died unexpectedly July 31, 2008 at Altoona Regional Hospital. Born September 29, 1951 in Altoona, he was the son of the late Albert Polignone and the late Victoria (Mastalski) Cantrell. Al was a high school and college graduate. He was a former school teacher in the Baltimore, MD area. There will be no public viewing or services at this time.
