Donna K. Nichols, 62, Altoona, died Sunday at Valley View Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born in Jamestown, N.Y., daughter of Lillian (Peterson) Lewis and the late Wendell Lewis. She married Dennis Nichols, who preceded her in death. Surviving are a daughter, Beth; her mother of Shippensburg; and two sisters.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
