Gregory M. Hencherick, 65, Flinton, died Sunday at his residence.

He was born in Altoona, son of the late Michael and Shirley (Hennigan) Hencherick. Surviving are his wife, Peggy; three daughters: Jennifer Smilnak, Justine Aveni and Jessica Canigiani; five stepchildren; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three siblings: Charlene Frank, Felicia Hennigan and Philip. He was preceded in death by a grandson. Friends will be received from 6 until the 7 p.m. memorial service, Friday, Sept. 30, 2016, at Feller Memorial Home, Tyrone.
